How It Works
Register as an affiliate.
Receive your personal referral link.
Share it with patients, families, community members, and facility staff.
When a referred client starts home-health services, you earn a commission.
Commission Structure
You receive a fixed amount or percentage for each new client who enrolls in our home-health program. Payments are issued monthly after service confirmation.
Who Can Join
RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, and other healthcare professionals. No sales experience required.
Your Role
Share your link. Provide accurate basic information. Do not promise medical outcomes. Do not diagnose. Do not represent yourself as an employee unless you are one.
Our Role
We handle all assessments, scheduling, care planning, and service delivery. We track referrals and release commissions on time.
Prohibited Conduct
No false claims. No medical advice outside your license. No pressure tactics. No altering referral links. No handling client payments.
Payouts
Commissions are paid via direct deposit or Zelle. Minimum payout thresholds may apply. Earnings can be viewed in your affiliate dashboard.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended for violations or misuse. You may opt out at any time.
